Maintenance Service

Worried about Security and/or Fire on your property when away from home for extended periods, with Service-Link customers can buy 30 days of full monitoring at a time which is great if on holiday or overseas. Customers who take up this service will get special discounts if they persuade their neighbours to switch to the Alarm New Zealand service.

For a very minimal rate this Alarm New Zealand Service-Link allows customers to be responsible and take proper care of their security system avoiding those phone calls from neighbours who are enduring hours of siren loud blasts without a correct reset. If customers want to rely on their neighbours then this Service-Link ensures that relationship is maintained and not jeopardised.

This is a preventative maintenance service, linking the customer's alarm system to the monitoring station Helpdesk. Early notification of system troubles will provide a more effective fault response system and for small additional charge allow full smoke/security alarm monitoring even when on holiday.

This service allows customers to achieve minimal monitoring of their alarm equipment for the purposes maintaining a fully operational system under warranty 365 days a year. The Alarm New Zealand monitoring station will inform the customer of backup battery failure, system troubles and extended mains power failure. Our operators will also be available to assist the customer to test the system is operating correctly and arrange back up technical support if required.
