Tip- Our monitoring station can hold all your vital personal medical contact information 24/7 so if you are away on holiday and lose vital information simply contact our helpdesk for copies.

ALARMNZ has a full range of mobile medical alarms, however also can connect any existing medical alarm equipment to our service, providing excellent monitoring procedures capable of customising a response plan specific to a customers personal needs. This may include monitoring for movement of elderly customers, help call buttons, medical instrumentation monitoring or GPS tracking technology. Our web based Video-Link service is also a effective way for medical practitioners and/or family members to observe loved ones remotely via our web site.

Customers may qualify for a government subsidy for a medic-link service via the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). Before an application can be submitted a Doctors Approval form needs to completed and attached to the Ministry Of Social Development  Application form. Medic-Link can be used as a emergency call system within a building elevator alerting our monitoring station operators to dispatch rescue services. While some competitors sell dedicated connections to the ambulance service (without security services bundled) our customers realise that by subscribing to the Alarm New Zealand Fire or Security monitoring service they automatically get the Medic-Link service Free.

Medical or emergency alarm transmissions can be sent directly to the N.Z. Ambulance Service, family members, health professionals and/or other call-out representatives should a health situation require immediate attention.
