This is a essential business alarm monitoring service that not only provides early notification to the customer and/or a security patrol company of all alarm activations and errors but also ensures the premises are fully secure after closure.

After Hour Access
A more sophisticated service when an owner needs staff to enter the business premises after hours, but requires extra identification of individuals collected and logged each time late access occurs. Our monitoring station operators log such entries and if necessary question staff to obtain the reason for late access while validating positive ID. This entry could be legitimate or under duress and a challenge can be used to assist staff in trouble.
A video-link to a customer's CCTV system or single camera allowing remote control of camera selection and viewing of video images. Customers can take a snap-shot of events direct from the site and store them on their desktop computer

Alarm Switching Service
For business customers who have traditionally been targeted by criminals and need monitored duress alarms. This service routes reliable alarm signals directly to the N.Z. Police Service and/or designated call out representatives.
Medical & Ambulance Service
A medical or emergency alarm transmission can be sent directly to the N.Z. Ambulance Service, family members, health professionals and/or other call-out representatives should a health situation immediate require attention.
Automatic fire-alarm monitoring service that provides notification to the New Zealand Fire Service and/or the customer's designated call-out representatives of all critical fire activations instantly they occur.
This service allows ALARMNZ to monitor other automated and communication equipment via our switching centre, notifying customers as events occur. These types of activities often include refrigeration, manufacturing, process control and industrial automation systems.
Customers can view in real-time their alarm monitoring history and printout reports via our internet web site. A useful information management tool with up to 12 months alarm event history online.
Maintenance Service
A web-based service for staff who wish to post anonymous feedback about unsafe activities of other employees within the workplace. Arrange independent investigation of allegations promoting health and safety within their business environment.
This is a preventative maintenance service, linking the customer's alarm system to the monitoring station Helpdesk. Early notification of system troubles will provide a more effective fault response system and allow smoke/security alarm monitoring even when you are on holiday.

While the system is monitored clients can view in real time their monitoring history, plus print reports by going on line from anywhere in NZ or the world. Its easy to check if the kids are home, the cleaner has been, what time the store opened or Guard arrived and much more. A real information management tool with up to 12 months history. As well most user panels user guides are on line for ease of client use. |

ALARMNZ has a dedicated resource each business day that reviews a report investigating the reasons why a customers alarm system fails to communicate, false alarms, transmits unknown codes, user errors, etc. We work with both the customer and alarm service provider to eliminate problems proactively to reduce a customer’s frustration and call out Guard costs. As a part of this effort where possible, every panel connected to ALARMNZ is uploaded to verify programming. |

Please Note:
- Where it is shown that ALARMNZ will notify a Guard Company, Alarm Service Company, or Ambulance Service; these providers may charge a call out fee direct to the client.
The Fire Service may charge the client for attendance to repeat incidents of false alarms.
ALARMNZ are unable to call the Police direct unless there is some form of alternative verification of the event or written instructions to do so from a Police representative.
