Alarm New Zealand distributes a full range of Security, Fire, Medic, Video, Automation and broadband products which are available from electrical wholesaler distributors throughout New Zealand. To assist customers to efficiently connect these systems to our monitoring station our 24 hour Help desk provides a free technical support service to installers nationwide. Each system includes 3-12 months of free monitoring depending on the configuration selected.

ALARMNZ monitoring systems support an extensive range cameras, servers and recording equipment and are designed to be monitored either directly from the camera, video server or from the digital video storage device (DVR).

ALARMNZ supports all brands of broadband IP Alarm systems, battery backed APSU modules and Network Access Devices.  We provide each manufacturer communication protocols for custom integration and software applications and tools that take advantage of the ALARMNZ broadband switching system.

To assist customers automate their Alarm monitoring service we provide a number of hardware modules for equipment interface, communication protocols for custom integration and software applications that take advantage of the ALARMNZ switching service. 

We have a exciting range of emergency call systems that include wireless pendants, call stations and hands free controllers.  Each system is continuously monitored and should batteries fail our monitoring station is immediately notified.

ALARMNZ distributes a range of heat/smoke detectors, call points and fire sirens that comply with all local fire safety compliance standards. In addition we also stock sophisticated network access devices which allow approved legacy and new fire alarm panels to be connected direct to the NZ Fire service.
