GPS Tracking Mobile Phones for  Personal Safety 2009

After years of research and product selection ALARMNZ has released a new Alarm gateway for suppliers of Car Alarms, Panic mobile phones and other devices that include GPS tracking ability. Along with ALARMNZ operators customers of our Trade partners can view via online mapping graphics of there devices in real time. ALARMNZ is seeking wider partnerships for this service and is working with a number a of software developers who are designing systems for many new products.

Broadband Alarm Monitoring with smart APSU's 2007

While the worlds leading alarm manufacturers have added broadband modules to their accessory range for some years, none have yet produced a native IP ALARM capable of reliably operating without a analogue phone line. Well that's all about to change ...most new chipsets have Broadband on board, and therefore so will the new alarm panels they are placed into. The future Broadband alarm panels will include a larger power supplies required to power the network access devices (modems/routers). This alarm power supply unit (APSU) will find new markets, because unlike a UPS it's batteries can be easily monitored by the existing local Alarm monitoring agency and serviced by Alarm technicians who carry spares 24/7.

ALARMNZ upgrades the OASYS platform to ALARMSWITCH 2006

After years of successful service with the OASYS software (ver.4) ALARMNZ has recently upgraded to ALARMSWITCH (ver.5). The new platform is based on SQL server and is a enterprises level monitoring system. The previous OASYS system is still a fantastic product and could have remained in service for at least another 10 years, however due heavy demand on the internet side of the business it was decided to start the upgrade early. ALARMNZ partners and customers everywhere can now take a step into the future where our competitors will not tread for at least 5-10 years.

ALARMNZ launches limited Free Alarm monitoring

ALARM NEW ZEALAND distributes to alarm installers nationwide a full range of fire, security and Medical Alarm panels . Each system includes 3-12 months of free monitoring depending on the configuration selected by the installer.
