Zealand ever since. Our company engineers pioneered web access in
1995, Email-based Alarm monitoring 2000, IP-based Alarm monitoring 2002,
IP-based Video monitoring 2004 and IP-based Fire monitoring 2005.

A major goal of Alarm New Zealand is to remain the

TECHNICAL STANDARDS

As an industry leader, Alarm New Zealand prides
itself on high levels of performance which we believe are setting the
standards upon which other N.Z. alarm monitoring companies are judged. This
is directly attributable to the company policies of using only the most
technologically advanced, proven quality equipment, and the continued
training of staff to very high standard.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Alarm New Zealand provides a prompt, efficient
daily repair service via the
ALARM SERVICE NETWORK
and has a division solely employed in support for the maintenance and
servicing of over 10,000 alarm systems. Our monitoring support staff will
respond to any request for assistance and has fully trained staff on call 24
hours per day, 7 days a week to meet our customer requirements.
LEGAL
The Private Investigators and Security Guards Act
1974, requires the company, and the technical sales staff to be licensed.
All responsible staff members of Alarm New Zealand, irrespective of
position, are licensed, and the company holds a license (No. SG 3169), for
all aspects of Security work. Alarm New Zealand holds public liability
insurance for 3 million dollars.
PERSONNEL
FINANCIAL
Alarm New Zealand has a highly qualified technical
team and many staff with over 25 years experience in the Fire , Security,
CCTV and Medical Alarm systems. As a leader in the ALARM monitoring industry Alarm New
Zealand is fortunate to have key personnel that are regarded as some of the
most capable individuals in the business. Our company has minimal staff
turnover and detailed personal references are available on request.
Alarm New Zealand turns over approximately 3
million dollars of security sales in New Zealand each year. Over 2.5 Billion
dollars worth of our clients assets are currently protected by Alarm New
Zealand monitored Systems. Our chartered accountant is Ian Papworth &
Associates. Alarm New Zealand banks with ASB Auckland.
